Microsoft has Released a Set of Symbols/Icons to Visually Represent Azure Solutions

February 19, 2014 — 2 Comments

Many have asked about the icons I’ve been using when I diagram various aspects of Azure on my blog. The wait is over, Microsoft has released a set of symbols/icons to visually represent features of and systems that use Azure and related technologies. The symbols are in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint and Portable Network Graphics (PNG) formats.

Azure Icons

Download them from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41937

This package contains a set of symbols/icons to help you create visual representations of systems that use Azure and related technologies. Feel free to use the symbols in your architectural diagrams and training docs.
